App Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you a real-time snapshot of where your staff are right now.

Attendance stats

Six stat cards are shown, each representing a group of employees:

  • Total Staff — all active employees in the system
  • At Work — employees who have clocked in and not yet clocked out (includes those who returned from lunch)
  • At Lunch — employees who clocked out for lunch but have not yet returned
  • Gone Home — employees who have clocked out for the day
  • On Leave — employees with approved leave for today
  • Not Clocked In — employees who have no clock event for today and are not on leave

Tapping stat cards

Tap any stat card to see the list of employees in that group. The sheet that slides up shows each employee's name, department and (for At Work employees) the time they clocked in. This is useful for a quick roll call or to check whether a specific person has arrived.

Not Clocked In is your most useful card

Tap Not Clocked In each morning to see who hasn't arrived yet. This is faster than scanning the full employee list and calling each person.

Refreshing data

The dashboard refreshes automatically every 15 seconds when the app is in the foreground. Pull down on the dashboard to force an immediate refresh. If numbers seem stale, check that your internet connection is active — the last-updated time is shown at the bottom of the screen.
