Dashboard
Your daily starting point — a live snapshot of today's clocking activity across your workforce.
At a Glance
Three summary cards appear at the top of the dashboard:
- Active Employees — total number of active (non-deactivated) staff on the system.
- Clocked In Today — employees who have a clock-in event for today and have not yet clocked out.
- Today's Date — a quick reference for the current working day.
Today's Activity
Below the summary cards, a table lists every clocking event recorded today in real time. For each event you can see the employee name, department, clock type (In, Out, Lunch Out, Lunch In), the exact time, and the method used (Face, QR, PIN, NFC, or Manual).
A View All Clockings button at the bottom links through to the full Clockings page where you can filter, search, and edit records.
The dashboard refreshes on each page load — it is not a live ticker. To see the latest clockings after the iOS app has synced, reload the page.
Pending Casual & Piece Work
Employees who have unpaid clocking entries (casual) or unprocessed log entries (piece work) do not appear as alerts on the dashboard. Check the Payslips page, which shows pending casual employees, and the Piece Work Log for any unprocessed piece work entries.
